While this is technically correct, we believe in honesty and an informed buyer. Without a buyer (you) there is no transaction and no commission. So you as a buyer generate the sale...we make it happen and close it. The more you spend on a home, the more commission we get from the seller. THE HOME BUYING PROCESS

2. Pre-Qualification
This is not the same as getting a loan, but will help you and better understand and prepare for a full mortgage loan. It important to do this for several reasons. 1.) It will let you and your agent know what price range you should focus your search, 2.) A Pre-Qualification letter will make an offer you make on a home look stronger. 3.) It will speed up you final loan process and you ability to close on your new home. 3. Showing Property

4. Offer & Negotiations

5.Take Action
